Barstrom Creative Group is a full-service graphic design studio located near the Connecticut shoreline in Essex, CT. For nearly 20 years, we have been a strategic creative partner for local small businesses, startups, non-profit organizations and global corporations alike.

Benjamin Barstrom, Creative Director
Ben began creative consulting as Barstrom Creative Group in 2002, after graduating Massachusetts College of Art with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Communication Design.
In addition to helping clients of all sizes as an independent designer, Ben has extensive in-house creative experience, previously as an award-winning designer and creative director at CBRE/New England and most recently, as a design manager at JLL in Boston where he created industry-leading Capital Markets property marketing materials in addition to hiring, managing and mentoring many amazing designers. Ben was selected nationally as a ‘JLL Capital Markets Creative Champion’ in 2020 and acted as marketing liaison on the national advisory board of Building Pride, JLL’s LGBT+ business network and employee resource group.
